Can pets travel without the owner?
Yes, when arranged in advance. Small breeds need a carrier; a large animal needs a separate seat and muzzle. Before departure, we advise you about the documents and check that they are available.
Can I order an individual transfer separately from an international trip?
Yes. An individual transfer can be ordered separately or combined with an international route if you need delivery to a station, airport or address.
What is included in document and insurance consultation?
We provide information about documents needed for a comfortable trip.
What requests is minibus rental suitable for?
Minibus rental is suitable for group trips, transfers, family trips, passenger pickup and trips on a separate route.
How do I pay for the trip?
No prepayment is required. You can pay in the minibus at pickup or after arrival, or transfer the payment to an account in a convenient currency. There is no cancellation penalty, but please tell the dispatcher if your plans change.
Where are passengers picked up and dropped off?
In Ukraine, passengers board and leave at confirmed points, usually near the railway station. The dispatcher sends the exact location about 24 hours before departure. In Europe, passengers are collected and dropped off at their address.
